📌 How to Claim Your Vehicle (Delivery Process)
Because this is a premium in-city item, delivery is handled manually by our staff team to ensure it gets to the correct character safely. Please follow these exact steps after checkout:
- Join Our Discord: Ensure you are in our official Discord server. Your Tebex Customer role will be automatically assigned to you shortly after your purchase clears.
- Open a Support Ticket: Navigate to our ticket channel and open a new purchase/support ticket.
- Provide Your Tebex ID: Send your Tebex Transaction ID (found on your email receipt) inside the ticket.
- Receive Your Car: A staff member will verify your purchase and coordinate with you to deliver your new vehicle to you in-city.
